Little house

This property is managed by a company, Evolve. The company never responded to any questions or messages in the VRBO app. I never received a check in email the day I arrived or a check out email on check out day. I had to call VRBO be on hold while they transferred me to the management company in order to get questions answered. They told me they couldn’t use the VRBO app and that I needed to download their own app if I wanted to communicate with them. It would seem that a rental property would be required to use the systems in place that VRBO has but that’s not the case. The second day I was here, they sent four check in emails and said we’re here to help but again never answered any questions. It was a very frustrating situation, one I’ve never encountered using short term rentals in the past. I typically use another rental app but wanted to try VRBO to see how it was. I was not impressed. The place was lovely. The neighborhood is great which we enjoyed very much. My only issue with the property was the beds. Both bedrooms need new mattresses. Both were very soft and caved in the middle.

Wonderful Little House

This Little House was perfect for myself, my husband, and my daughter. The house was very comfortable and cozy...It is well maintained with all appliances, electronics, and heating in working order. Parking is not a problem. Neighborhood is walkable. The location is perfect for Denver Convention center and is close to many, many restaurant choices. I most certainly would stay again. I highly recommend.

Beautiful spot close to everything.

This was the perfect location for our trip. We were 20 minutes from downtown, 20 minutes from Red Rocks, and 15 minutes from golden. Clean efficient, plenty of amenities. We would definitely love to visit again!

Perfect location to explore several areas of Colorado. Safe and friendly neighborhood with cafes and shops a stroll away. The home is beautiful and offered everything needed to relax and plan the next adventure. Highly recommend.

Perfect Spot

We knew nothing about Denver neighborhoods, this was a great choice. There were 3 of us that stayed and it was perfect. Walking distance to several places for necessities, food and, and night life. Easy to get downtown and to other neighborhoods. The back yard is wonderful for hanging out at the house. Kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and anything you need for cooking at home. We were all very happy choosing this location!

Cute and Quaint

As a family of 4 we enjoyed this cute and quaint little house. Loved the neighborhood and the other fun and beautiful houses around it. Super close to downtown. Awesome Bacon house restaurant that we went to for breakfast just one black away and amazing sushi a few blocks down. For the house being old, it has been renovated with a cute modern feel. Entry access was easy. Parking on the street was easy. It does have a really old basement that is blocked off if that concerns anyone. Cons: - The bedroom with the walk-in closet had a mattress that was super squishy and very uncomfortable. The other bedroom mattress was pretty firm. - There was some left over food in the cupboards (cheerios, spices, lemon juice) if that bothers anyone. - The house could use a deep down cleaning but wasn't terrible. - There were some dirty bathroom towels left in the hamper, but anyone could forget to look in it.

Very homelike stay

This is one of the best bookings I've done on a BnB. This place was so well located within Denver - got to wherever I needed to be as quick as possible considering Denver traffic. The house was set up perfectly - the rooms were comfortable. The host even set up a great bottle of wine which left us feeling absolutely welcome. Definitely staying here again. A+++
