Séjour parfait dans un hôtel magnifique

Un hôtel sympathique avec une déco originale, à deux pas de Union Station. Personnel très accueillant, chambre spacieuse, cafetière à dosettes sur les paliers. On a adoré notre séjour

Ambiance branchée au centre de Denver

Hotel branché (belle déco) au centre de Denver, à 2 pas de la gare. Cool et sympa. Bémol: bruyant le vendredi soir (son d'une soirée avec DJ).

The price online didn't look too bad until you added the $20 per day "resort fee" even though this is not a resort and the $40 per day fee for parking. We were told the resort fee included certain amenities including dental items, but we forgot our mouthwash and asked about it we were told it would cost $3. I would not stay here again.

This hotel is terrible. Its is dirty and they have BEDBUGS! Also nothing is maintained. When we checked in they told us the phones in the rooms don’t work. Our first room had a shower door handle that was loose and falling off. Bathroom sink was also very loose and we had no towels in the room. We asked for a new room and the front desk girl said ok, let me make sure the next room is good for you. She gives us a new room and the chair had stains all over it. We look under the mattress and there bedbugs. So we immediately told the front desk we were checking out and I demanded a refund. She apologized and said she would have manager call me the next day. We had to find a new hotel for the night. It has been several days and nobody has called me. I called Expedia and explained the situation so they refunded me. This place looks more like a nightclub than a hotel.

Meh.

The best thing about this hotel is the location and the shower in the bedroom and having access to a balcony. It’s in need of maintenance. The manager was there running around ordering staff around and didn’t even acknowledge guests. His eyes were blood shot red (scary). Front desk staff were so sweet and nice. There is an Indian man that works there that’s also a sweet heart. The hotel looks a little run down and there is a hint of throw up smell in the air mixed with cleaning supplies. Won’t stay here again.

I really enjoy the mellow vibe at The Nativ. Being involved in the art and entertainment world it really suits my sensibilities and provides me a chilled out place to hang when I am in Denver. The staff at The Nativ are all really great women and are extremely personable and helpful. It makes a difference, especially during these crazy times, that when I am traveling and away from home that when I go downstairs for my morning coffee that I have someone always wishing me a good morning with a BIG SMILE!!! Everyone at The Native have great, big welcoming smiles that will start your day off the right way.

We had to book this stay very last minute as the snow was a complete curve ball. When we got there, after a long day of travel, we were a little frustrated and ready to decompress. From the moment we walked in the door it was welcoming, the employees were informative & attentive. It was all around an amazing experience. Not to mention it’s 4/20 friendly which is a huge plus in a city like Denver.

This hotel has potential but.........both front desk clerks from morning and evening obviously were too high to give customer service. The evening check in involved an personal conversation on cell phone the entire time. The morning clerk charged my room for a 2nd time and it still not fixed. The room A/C unit was broken and a portable blower was the solution. The shower door handle was loose coming off. Lastly for the price No microwave, No small fridge, no iron

Super disappointing

No free parking, front attendant rarely there after 8pm, hair on towels and the wall in the bathrooms. No blow dryers or irons. Paint and wallpaper chipping throughout building. No cold water in our shower. Stains on bed and sheets. $5 water and the ice machine doesn’t work. Our AC in our room was sketchy as it was a portable AC that barely filled up the the room. You can do better in the City of Denver. Staff wasn’t accommodating. Stay away . Unless you’re okay with the sleazy, dirty vibes that they give off. It’s a shame because it could be a million times better if they put effort into it. Too dirty for me. Gross

The good: the staff especially the amazing nice night staff. The manager did help us out at the end of our stay and we were offered free drinks for every problem we had which was amazing. The bad: the first 24 hours our hot tub didn’t work and we were told that happens. The tv for the hot tub room didn’t work and was never fixed. The ac was broken so our room had a window unit that squeaked every half hour or so which keeps us up all night. We pressed the house keeping button multiple times as day but never got any service

So disappointing

Not the best experience, especially for the price. The room wasn’t the cleanest. There was hair left over from the last person on the towels, bed lights not working on one side, the fan light also wasn’t working. The paint/wallpaper in the room and elevator was chipping, the window in the room had an opening that wouldn’t close. They put one tiny trash can in the room, there wasn’t even a trash can in the bathroom! The sheets were also stained and the cleaning lady(we’re assuming) left her cleaning towel on our room telephone prior to us coming in the room. The location was the only reason for us. The ice machine was broken, no free parking, $5 waters, and the lady at the front desk would disappear at times. We are so low maintenance and nonchalant but this was the only time I felt I needed to leave a review. Would not stay again.

BEST Hotel in Denver

This was an AMAZING hotel! My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week in Denver, and man oh MAN!! We will be staying here every single time we come to Denver. The staff was amazing - Brandon, Brandon, and Kay and the others (I did not get their names), but they were so hospitable and the hotel is clean and in a GREAT location. THE PERFECT PLACE FOR YOUNG COUPLES.

The Nativ is a truly beautiful hotel. I can't stress that enough. As a matter of fact, I will recommend it to any friend or family member headed to Denver. It will be my go-to hotel for life. The rooms were spotless, the beds were above average, and the vibe was perfect. The service left a bit to be desired, though. Had a few simple requests that were never met, but stuff happens. The bartenders pour a mean Long Island and that mostly makes up for it. Lastly, and I cannot stress this enough, IF YOU WANT A PLACE TO SMOKE THE JAZZ CABBAGE, BOOK A QUEEN ROOM HERE. THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES WITH BALCONIES. You'll thank me later.

The place was okay. Way too over priced for what we got. Paid for a King and we got a queen and no price adjustment. There is absolutely no where to park so you’ll have to pay a meter the whole stay.

Its like a Small Dorm Room

There are Close by dispensers but they are over priced there are better priced locations to get more for your money. we stayed 2 days and they didn't collect the trash, or service the room with new towels, and they accidentally charged us TWICE, i was so mad we had to wait days for a refund . However the customer service was nice , the bed was cozy, i love the all glass shower , nice big TV, room services and the drinks were great, and the private balcony was super cute, but over all i will not return, its over priced for the services, no wash cloths and towels and no trash pick up and I dont understand how they could've charged me twice we had to dispute a 360$ charge. The club was closed but the bar was open. It's like a small dorm room
