« The room was exactly as listed. It was clean, comfortable, and had all you needed. The location was perfect for our purpose. Close to shopping and restaurants also. The only issue we had was finding the exact house and the gate code. I did not see anywhere on the check-in instructions a gate code, but when I messaged the host, they responded right away. It would have been helpful to list the description of the gate so there was no confusion on the exact gate/house. We would definitely stay...

« The check in process was smooth, quiet neighborhood. Floor had footprints as we came in, was very greasy and dirty. Entire place had a very rancid smell or urine or decaying animals. Appliances and bathroom was clean. On the second day we had to leave early due to maggots being everywhere on the floor, even though we had throughly taken care of our trash. Would not recommend unless the owner cleans up the place and addresses the smell. »

« We enjoyed our winter desert stay in this nice home in the Signature community. The unit is directly across the street from the community clubhouse and pool/jacuzzi for easy access. We appreciated the quiet community and enjoyed walking and biking in the neighborhood. The unit was pretty much as described in the listing and photos, however a few items needed repair.
