  • Bienvenue dans ce magnifique immeuble condo de trois étages situé directement sur le golfe du Mexique. Passez directement sur votre porte et promenez-vous à la belle plage. Vous aurez votre propre plage privée qui n'est jamais bondée comme l'autre condo haut de gamme dans la région. Et vous aurez deux chaises de plage et un parapluie en attente de votre usage personnel chaque matin pendant les mois d'été. Prenez l'ascenseur pour cette unité spacieuse au deuxième étage comprenant 1 chambre avec lit king size et 1 salle de bain. Vous aurez votre propre laveuse et sécheuse dans le condo, WIFI gratuit et une cuisine entièrement équipée. Le salon / salle à manger offre un balcon privé donnant sur le glacier du golfe du Mexique et votre propre bar mouillé! Jouez dans la piscine chauffée en bord de mer et le bain à remous ou sortez sur l'une des plus belles plages du monde.


    Ceci est un condo non-fumeur. Pour réserver, vous devez avoir plus de 25 ans ou un tuteur légal doit rester dans l’unité pendant tout le séjour.

This property was perfect for my husband & I for our vacation. The chair service is great. The view is beautiful! The unit is just as cute in person. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed our time here.

Condo was really nice and was ready for us to check in early the location was great and private beach was great the chairs and umbrellas were great. The only problem that I saw was the condo wasn’t as clean as I thought it would be or should have been 🤔

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The positive about this place is that it is a smaller 2 story building so the beach area was not crowded at all. Plenty of space and not sitting on top of others on a crowded beach was awesome! This condo is clearly older with some remodeling. It smelled really musty all week. The sofas also smelled dirty and musty. We also had a leak on the 3rd day right above the toilet in the bathroom. It started late evening and got worse as the night progressed so we didn't get to call maintenance until the next morning. Office is supposed to open at 9 but no one answered until 9:30. The girl said someone would come check within the hour. 2 hours later still no one, so we went by the office. She said the maintenance guy had to leave property but would be back soon. I also asked if he could take a look at the dryer as it was making loud rattling noises when it was running. We left to do some shopping and came back around 4:00. Had not heard anything from the office so we went by there again. She said that they fixed it and discovered that the leak was coming from the toilet in the unit above us. Gross! They never fixed the dryer either. Honestly, I would not recommend this condo for rental. We paid almost $3000 for 7 nights, so I don't really think it was worth it for the condition of the condo. Again, the only positive was the non-crowded beach area. Would not stay here again.

Love the tall seats to be able to see over the railing. The shower provided great water pressure as well. Love that it is so close to the Back Porch restaurant.

We just came home from an awesome long weekend away staying at Seafarer 107. This condo is a hidden gem among a multitude of huge high rises in Destin. Are you looking for a smaller condo complex, easy access to beach, and convenient parking? Then Seafarer is for you! We were so impressed with this complex! We loved the convenience and walking distance to Destin’s most popular restaurants, too! The condo was cozy we loved the balcony and the bed was super cozy! It was perfect for an empty nest couple get away. Hubby said we will return!
