  • L'unité locative en copropriété # 510 a été entièrement rénovée! Cette unité pourra accueillir un maximum de 6 personnes avec un lit king dans la chambre principale, un lit queen dans la chambre d'amis et un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. Nouveau plancher en céramique d'acajou, nouveaux appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, nouveaux comptoirs en granit, nouvelles armoires, nouveaux luminaires dans toute l'unité et ventilateur de plafond nouvellement installé dans le salon. Les meubles ont également été remplacés! Salon a une nouvelle télévision à écran plat 55 "smart et les deux chambres sont équipées d'une nouvelle télévision à écran plat 32". Câble numérique avec les chaînes populaires, y compris le réseau SEC. La piscine, les courts de tennis et les chaises de plage gratuites sont à quelques pas. Faites votre réservation aujourd'hui! Cute place! Enough space for our Family.

Love that the master bedroom was big enough to put up a pack and play for my toddler. Everything was clean. When we turned on oven it smelled very chemically, but it was spotless! We enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Therefore we did not have to fight for a spot on the beach. We will reserve at this condo for sure when we go to Destin. It is still in the heart of everything.

The living room furniture is worn; there is not a recliner as pictured. There is minimal water pressure, the cookware is old and stained as are the pillows in the spare bedroom. Reviewer Comments: PROS: The condo was tasteful, very quiet, you're unable to hear the neighbors, unless you go out to the balcony; you can hear people from the pool area. Balcony was not beside anyone, only above and below. One of the living chair has been replaced, so not a recliner chair like the photo. The beds were very comfortable. I would say watch out for the end bed frame, hit my thighs and knee a few times!!! Showers, water pressure, and heating (hot water) was great! Unit have extra sheets, pillows, and blankets. Kitchen came with all some basic cookware’s. Drip coffee only, which the top was broken, so we end up using the kettle for instant coffee (not provided). I would pack extra pans, as there was only one that we’ve noticed. Plenty of silverware, knifes, and cooking silverwares. Unit was closed to the elevators. All the staffs were GREAT! Greeted you when you enter and exit, Very friendly, they will communicate with you if you run into one of them in the elevators or floors. Making you feel welcomed! The condo came with two complementary beach chairs and one umbrella, Ryan our lifeguard was amazing!CONS: One of the stool in the kitchen was wobbling, so we didn't sit on it. Most lighting comes from natural lighting during the day, at night very dim. Manually have to turn on most of the light from the lamps itself; none of the lamps was connected to the light switch, unless it's the kitchen. I wouldn't consider this unit a luxury, maybe a premium, no in unit washer/dryer and tv's could use some streaming media services for customers to be able to log into their own account and log back off when they check-out, only limited basic channels. Tv's are smaller in the bedrooms, the master bedroom window had some mold on the rims of the windows and door to the balcony. Could use some minor fixer upper. The unit next door was being remodel, so we can hear workers drilling and banging in the early mornings, I had to tell them to quiet d

Great long weekend over Labor Day. Holiday surf is a great place. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Easy beach access and close to a lot of good restaurants.
