Great Time In Destin

The condo was wonderful! It was very clean, all the appliances worked great, and the beds were extremely comfortable.The view was great. The balcony was large and roomy. Check in and out was easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The complex is located close to great restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

My opinion you can't get a better location the Destin Gulfgate and unit 203 now feels very familiar. Staff was friendly but didn't really have to interact with them, ( we checked late and left early). In my opinion if you don't have to bug the front dest they are doing there job. Bailey at the beach/chair check-in was very friendly, and did a great job making beach time seamless. This will be an annual trip for my family - got to get booked for next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed in Unit 203, it was great. Very clean and well stocked with all the kitchen we needed. The unit is one of the best we have ever rented because it was NOT over decorated nor crowded with unless furniture or decorative items. It has NO fake flowers or trees in the condo. It was NOT an interior decorated nightmare. It has nice useful furnishing and just the right amount of wall art. Maintenance was quick to respond to a lock problem. All the staff we dealt with were pleasant and very helpful. The view from the balcony is awesome. We had our meals on the balcony and sat and read and just looked at the waves. Very relaxing visit to Destin for us. The sounds of the waves are easily heard sitting on the balcony. We always find Gulfgate the right place for us and we easily access all the grocery stores, shopping places, restaurants, and Resurrection Church we like to visit. I highly recommend Until 203 and Destin Gulfgate for your Destin visits.

We have never used it but they provide outdoor grills and a covered eating area . The location can’t be beat. Close to all the restaurants, shopping, groceries and there is a kids entertainment experience across the street. The condo complex is always super clean. All the staff is friendly. We have stayed 4 times in different units and we will be going back.

The property common areas were. spotless, and the unit was also. The condo was comfortably furnished with everything we needed. (Could have used a Kerig) but if that is only a suggestion. For me this is the only option to stay in Destin. I just can't say enough about the property . 5 stars across th board!! Bailey at beach service was super nice

Comfortable beds and furniture, everything you can think of for the kitchen, loved having the extra ice maker, 2 full bathrooms, everything was great. For the price I think they could’ve included an extra roll of paper towels, but that is my only complaint. Otherwise everything was fantastic!

We love staying here and will definitely be back!

There are no spices or beach toys that usually come with most rentals. The management was great & immediately unclogged our sink. I would definitely bring your own paper towels & toilet paper because they have the really cheap stuff .
