    This condo is located directly across the street from Destin's famous Captain Daves on the Gulf restaurant and a short drive to outlet malls.

    This condo is optimal for family as a barn door closes off the 2nd bedroom and bath to a private suite. This suite is perfect for remote school or office with a built in work station equipped with ethernet cable and printer to insure no calls are dropped! This unit features a new renovated custom kitchen with all new appliances and cabinetry as well as large island to accommodate everyone.

    Owners are local and respond easily and quickly to any needs. No Smoking or Pets in this unit.

This place had everything you needed and more. The access to the beach was so easy and we always had a good spot to set up. The hosts were very friendly and easy to work with.

We stayed here with family for our annual fourth of July stay. Of all the areas we have picked this was by far the best condo/hotel/etc. We will definitely come back again.Our host was so friendly and helpful. Not to mention how lovely their home was. It was stocked with everything you could possibly need and a small welcome package.So clean too!She sent a nice list of things to do, restaurants near by, etc.You can't go wrong with a stay here!Thank you Candace for making us feel so welcome.

Kitchen was fully equipped even had a crockpot which we requested. We did get sometime to enjoy the pool.

This is the second time my family and I have stayed in this condo. Both trips were exceptional. Very nice very clean no issues. The owners are super easy to communicate with very helpful always there are several things there that you are able to use as far as a wagon for the beach, beach toys chairs cooler the kitchen is fully furnished anything you was to need. It definitely makes the packing list for the trip a lot easier. Hopefully they will be available again for the next trip we make to Destin. Five out of five highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Paul and Candace’s place! It was so clean, spacious and in a perfect location for us. It felt like home away from home. It was quiet and not as crowded as some of the other places by the beach. They provided so many essentials including the beach chairs, towels, and wagon for the beach which was only steps away! We cannot say enough great things about our stay and can’t wait to come back again!

If you stay here, you will not be disappointed! The place is absolutely beautiful and it’s in a great location. You can easily walk to the beach and it’s a short drive to town if you want to go out. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful vacation. The unit is clean, comfortable, and has all of the amenities of home. The beach and pool are only a short and convenient walk away. I highly recommend this property!

The unit is very nice. It has obviously been renovated and kept up. So many small things are included to make the guest's stay great... beach gear, pickleball equipment, plush towels, a well stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds, just to name a few. Access to the beach is convenient. Candace and Paul communicated well, checking in with us a couple time to make sure our stay was going well. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommended!!

This condo is amazing. It is absolutely beautiful and VERY clean. It is very close to the beach and we enjoyed all of the amenities it had to offer (swimming, pickleball etc.) Do not hesitate to rent from these owners, they were absolutely wonderful.
