Take It Easy is exactly what your vacation should be—effortless, stylish, and built for groups who want space without sacrificing comfort. The first floor opens up into a bright, wide-open living, dining, and kitchen space designed for gathering, laughing, and staying awhile. Coastal-country style sets the tone with soft blues, natural textures, and beach-inspired details throughout. Kick back on the oversized seating, turn on the flatscreen, and let the vacation officially begin.
The dining area is made for long dinners and late nights, featuring a hardwood table that seats ten, plus bonus seating at the granite-topped kitchen bar. The kitchen itself is upscale and social, complete with a wine cooler—because someone’s always pouring a glass.

Every bedroom is basically a primary suite. All feature king beds and private ensuite baths, so no one’s drawing the short straw. Two of the suites include spa-style bathrooms with soaking tubs and walk-in showers. Upstairs, a bonus den gives everyone another place to hang out, with a queen sleeper sofa, comfy seating, and a flatscreen—perfect for movie nights or kids taking over after beach days. Four guest suites open directly to a covered balcony, including a bunk room that comfortably sleeps four kids or young adults.

Outside is where this home really shines. The private lagoon-style pool is the hub of the house, with space to lounge, grill, and unwind after a day at the beach. Pool heat is available October through April for $60.00 per day, making this a year-round escape. Multiple balconies overlook the pool, giving you plenty of spots to relax with a drink and watch the action.

The Crystal Beach location seals the deal. You’re minutes from grocery stores, beach bars, and gulf-front dining. Destin Commons is right nearby for shopping, dining, and movies, while HarborWalk Village and Miramar Beach offer boat rentals, dolphin cruises, live music, and family-friendly events. Whether you’re chasing sunsets, shopping days, or dockside dinners, it’s all within easy reach.

Pool heated for additional fee of $60+tax per day for the duration of the stay, in the months of October-May. Spa and pools are not heated during the months of June-September.

The stay will be accessed via a smart lock and we will provide the door code on check in day around 4pm

During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

Starter Kit Included: To help you settle in, we provide a complimentary starter kit with a limited supply of essentials to get your vacation started. Your starter kit includes 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher detergent tablets, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, dish soap, and bar soap in each bathroom. These items are intended as a courtesy for your arrival, so we recommend bringing or purchasing additional supplies based on the length of your stay.

This property is equipped with a monitor which detects smoke, vape, noise, and excess guest over the occupancy limit allowed. Violations will result in removal from the property without refund.


Any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to local police without notice to guest.


This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Destin Ordinance rules.


Minimum Age Requirement
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must be present at the property for the entire stay. This policy helps ensure a safe, respectful environment for our homes, neighbors, and all guests. Reservations made in violation of this requirement may be subject to cancellation without refund.
