We welcome you to enjoy a lifestyle of peacefulness at Destiny On the Cay. The clean and tastefully decorated, clutter free, four-bedroom, three-bathroom residence, offers a vast open floor plan allowing everyone to be under one roof, with the privacy of having your space with the private pool within a fenced in grassy yard with mature trees overhead, screened-in porch and private balcony. Well behaved pets are always welcome for the residence has tile throughout all rooms.



Upon arrival, as you enter the foyer, the first floor speaks for itself with an incredible space for engaging in memorable conversations. The kitchen is very spacious and is perfect for your family chef or guest chef. The kitchen is equipped with wrap-around granite counter, a deep stainless-steel soaking sink and an additional stainless-steel side by side sink. Stainless-steel appliances reflect a sense of class and cleanliness throughout the kitchen. Appliances include top of the line refrigerator, cooktop, double oven, microwave, dishwasher, along with offering a choice of a combo Keurig/Coffee maker for your brewing pleasure.



The dining room table offers seating for (6) and the counter stools with seating for (3). Feel free to dine alfresco on the screened-in porch with seating for (6) overlooking the backyard pool with the breeze of a ceiling fan. Allow your grill master to be on stage while flipping steaks and hot dogs while enjoying the laughter of the kids and adults splashing in the pool. The fenced in backyard is the ultimate entertainment area with the swimming pool and (7) chaise lounge chairs for unwinding after a tough day at the beach (pool can be heated upon request for an additional $50 per night).



The living area features a large flat screen TV with (1) very large sofa and (1) regular sleeper sofa along with (2) chairs where you can snuggle up to enjoy movies, play games around the coffee table or just kick back with a great book.



The first-floor bedroom features a king bed with a private entrance to the pool and backyard. The first-floor bathroom has a single vanity, tiled shower and commode. On the second floor, you will find the remaining three bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom has a King bed, access to the front porch, tall ceilings and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity quartz countertop along with a large free-standing jetted tub and tiled shower and spacious closet. The third guest room has another King bed with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom shared with the Bunk Room. The Bunk Room has (2) Full beds. All four bedrooms have flat screen TV’s, and closets. For family that loves to travel and wash clothes there is a full-sized washer and dryer.



The 6-seater Icon Golf Cart is awaiting to transport you to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, and local shops. Enjoy the morning sunrises and evening sunset with a peaceful stroll along on the sugar-white sands with the beach between your toes. The beach access has the convenience of the beach showers, restrooms, picnic tables & seasonal beach chair rentals.



Upon returning from a long day at the beach, stop by the Lakeside Pool near the beach access to enjoy the lovely lake views. As you continue back to the residence you have the option to take a refreshing dip in the backyard or explore the club house swimming pool, hot tub or splash under the waterfall. For the active vacationer, Destiny East offers a fitness center, tennis, pickleball, basketball and playground. For entertaining there is a community movie theater, gas grills and picnic tables available by the pools.

• Age Requirements - You MUST be 25 years or older to book this property & must be staying in the home for the duration of the reservation.

• No Smoking - This unit is a smoke free unit. Hefty penalties will apply if evidence of smoking is found or smelt.

• Cleaning - Our cleaning company is following & practicing the CDC Cleaning Guidelines, VRHK (Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals) & VRMA (Vacation Rentals Management Assoc.) Guidelines.
