Great accommodations and view of the ocean

Our family of 7 enjoyed the 3 level accommodations and the easy access and view of the beach. Nice galley kitchen and large den tv. Great location with easy access to many restaurants. Would rent again.

Second time staying here and 3rd time staying with Avant Stay!

Avant- Stay has always been accommodating to us. We’ve stayed in this same condo twice and a different one just down the road, both managed by Avant stay. This condo has been our family so far, so many memories. Love the quick bench access. No complaints.

Location is everything

Absolutely loved our visit to Destin. This home has a perfect atmosphere for a large group. The location is amazing and beach access can not be beat. The house was supplied with everything you could need. Would definitely stay again.

Pleasantly Surprised

Property is in good location. Great for a large family or group with space to spread out or be together in one area. There are three levels with bedrooms on top floor and lower level. If steps or stairs are an issue this would be a concern. All three decks are great views of beach and water. Beach access was easy and convenient .Two restaurants are within easy walking distance and third is almost a mile.

The property was beautiful and very well kept. It is right on the beach and within easy walking distance of 3 restaurants. We had 2 small issues that were addressed immediately and followed through right on time. We love staying in the Green Reef Condos!

Destin Vacation

We had a very relaxing stay at this condo! The beach access was awesome! The view of Gulf from Decks was awesome! Beds were very comfortable! If I had any advice for owners it would be that you need bigger and better furniture for living room. Other than that we would stay here again.

Loved the space. We had 9 family members staying including a toddler, baby gates available to block stairs. House located close to the beach, the space at beach was nice. Furniture in living room could be upgraded. Two comfortable chairs but one chair had unstable legs.

It was a dream staying right on the water! It was large enough to accommodate the family and we didn’t have to be on top of one another! We called once for maintenance and they were very quick to respond and send someone! Overall a great place to stay!!

Property itself was in a great spot but cleanliness wasn’t great. Our overall problem was the construction that was not listed right outside our window. You could not open the doors and listen to the ocean or even go down to the beach. It is a large hotel type property they are renovating and the tv , the shower nothing drowns it out and they start at 7 am and go until at least 4pm. This was our 16 th wedding anniversary and this certainly ruined it.

October Vacation

Great location, a 5 minute walk from 2 restaurants. Plenty of room to spread out. Beautiful place, we enjoyed our stay. Well stocked kitchen-(needs a new can opener, it was broken but were able to make it work). Property manager was very prompt and attentive. Plenty of beach towels and chairs provided. FYI- There are no black out curtains upstairs, so the light does come in early and the front beach facing room gets hot from the afternoon sun. Basement has blackout curtains.

Friends with kids

The communication with the company running this property was very poor. My questions went unanswered. The location of the house and the beach were beautiful. We had ample room for our large group. The walkout to the beach was amazing. We spent all of our days and nights in the soft white sand. The patio furniture was very lacking. We had a group of adults and kids and there was nowhere on the lower level (which is where the grill is) for us to sit and hang out while we grilled other than a couple lounge chairs. The upstairs deck had limited seating as it appears most of the chairs were broken/missing. It’s a beautiful home with a lot of potential. A few updates and new patio furniture would go a long way.

Perfect family vacation!

We brought our family together at this property and couldn’t be more pleased with the location. It was amazing to be on the white sand beaches of Destin! The home was exactly as described, perfect for the younger kids and us older adults. They had extra toys for the kids and chairs for everyone. We didn’t want to leave and hope to go back in the future!

Outstanding Girls Getaway

We chose this property for our annual girls getaway and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice! The house was exactly as described, furnished very comfortably with lots of extras. Beach house

The property has quick and amazing access to the beach. That was its major perk. However, we didn’t feel that the pictures quite matched the actual beach house. You can definitely tell it’s an older place that they did some renovations on but I wouldn’t say the renovations were quality. Outdoor furniture on bottom deck is quite worn. The downstairs bunk room smells very musty and couldn’t get rid of the smell. It came home on our clothes and belongings. A previous reviewer said that it was like staying at an all inclusive resort. I can promise you that is the farthest from the truth. The place is fine. It’s not Terrible but also not going to impress you, other than it’s view and proximity to the beach.

Amazing!!!

Beautiful house, had room for everyone to spread out. The view of the beach is breathtaking. Plenty of fun accessories included. However, i wish the beach umbrella wasnt broken. But we made due, so it wasnt a huge deal. My kids are already asking when we can come back. The grill needs a good cleaning. But we made due with that too. All in all a 5 star rating!! We will be back.
