Enjoyed overall. The construction crew next door was a bit disruptive asking us to move our car for the first three days of our stay. Be aware of parking issues if bringing more than 2 cars due to construction next door.

Property manager always responded to my questions quickly. The house was extremely clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The pool house and back deck are equipped with TVs, which are great for entertaining friends/family. Our group would definitely stay here again.

Good stay

The house was as advertised. Well stocked with all the items needed for convenience. The property management group was excellent. Our only issue was that a house was being built on the property next store, and it was very noisy starting at 7am. And we had young children that needed naps. Our dates were June 13-19 2025.

Lap Of Luxury

14 family members stayed for a week and had a grand time! Soaked up the sun & sea and some good food. The air con struggled alittle bit but when reported the service man was there to fix it. Was a great vac. Definitely recommend.

Best Place Ever!!

Cute updated home close to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay at Koko. The home was more spacious then what the pictures showed and was comfortable for our group. We enjoyed the private backyard pool and basketball play area. The game room was a nice bonus with a bathroom. Unfortunately, even though we paid for a heated pool, it was still cold (possibly just the weather-late March). The go-cart was very convenient to drop the family off at the public beach. The home is located at the end of a private dead end street and was walking distance to the public and private beach. We mainly went to the public beach, since the private didn't allow you to set up your own tents/umbrellas. The location of the home was perfect, close to the beaches and stores.

Spring Break 24

It was nice. The house was clean and inviting. The air worked great and there was plenty of parking in the driveway. The kids enjoyed the pool and grill when they werent at the beach. There was a small package left in the driveway when we arrived and i stepped in it... ewwww. The garbage disposal did not work so the left sink got stopped up. The golf cart was a PLUS!!!! The adults enjoyed the pool table. The fence where the basketball goal is should be higher or a net placed up, because the ball kept going over it when they shot it. If thats not possible the lot next to it should be cleaned off for easy access. Overall a great stay, plenty of towels and washcloths as well.

The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. Management was easy to contact for any issues and very quick to respond. The location is great with quick access to the beach, shopping, and restaurants.

beautiful home, great location to the beach, clean and fully stocked kitchen, and linens. Only complaint would be AC in main house needs servicing or upgrade of size of unit, it struggled to keep home cool.

Great Place

Would love to have given it 5 stars but I had to reach out to property manager asking for codes to golf cart and beach entry. Our checkin email only included door code to property. I know this is a new rental so there will be a few kinks. It would be helpful if there were instructions or answers to common questions that is easily visible to renters. One other comment would be to inform renters if someone is expected at property for servicing. One morning- I was caught off guard to find 2 people working on the grill during our stay. Overall, excellent experience! Would stay here again.

Beautiful Home

Great location, beautiful home. Clean and high end finishes. We really enjoyed the pool and the golf cart to go to the beach and store. A couple of items to note: There is no game room as advertised. Holding 14 people would be cramped as in the main house the 7th and 8th person is on a pull out couch in the living room and 4 of the 6 people in the guest house are sharing a bunk bed with full size mattresses. Overall we really enjoyed the home and would rent again, but feel like it holds 10 people comfortably(3 couples and 4 singles). Just our opinion, technically it does sleep 14.

Needs Improvement

This was our second time at this house and will not stay again. Overall we enjoyed out time in Destin with friends, but there were issues that will keep us from considering this house again in the future. The room above the garage had the worst smell and it was overrun with bugs. We ended up having to move guests out of the house due to the smell and bugs, which was very disappointing since we needed this space. The Master closet smelled like dog pee when we got there, because of dog being in the house before us. They came and cleaned, but the smell lingered for our stay. There was also an issue with hornets and roaches on the back patio. The air conditioning didn't work for very well and and the master shower went hot and cold during our shower. The location was good, golf cart was a plus and the private beach access was awesome.

Broken A/C & Pest issue

The house is absolutely beautiful I would love to stay there again only if I was guaranteed the A/C is fixed and pest is under control. I had to reach out on a daily basis to the maintenance manager about the A/C going out, being in Florida that is definitely not a great feeling. Our last two nights the temperature in the house was up to 81 degrees. Maintenance had sent out their A/C guy twice during our week stay and he stated it was “fixed”, I guess what he meant was temporarily fixed. I had also advised since the day we arrived there were some sorts of fire ants or termites on the beds, floor, shower curtains and also cockroaches. I was told pest control would come out to the house to take a look, we stayed 6 days and pest control never showed up.

Great house close to the beach

Overall, we had a great time and the house was great. We were the first renters in the house, so there were some issues that come with that. It was awesome that the house just came out of a remodel, so most everything was new. The pool was great. There were some issues's with the master shower and outdoor grill that need to be addressed. Having the golf cart included was awesome. You are a short distance from the Crab Trap and Destin Commons. The private beach access was a huge plus and is right at the end of the neighborhood, off Coastal 98. We are actually staying again the week of July 4th and are looking forward to our stay.
