Close to the beach!

The room was very close to the beach, short walking distance. Very clean beach and not crowded for August. Met a lot of nice neighbors out by the pool and was very enjoyable. The room was very cute! Only issue I had was with cleanliness. Bedding and sheets were clean, other items not so much. Reached out to property management who offered a few resolutions to remedy the issue quickly. They were very responsive and professional. Hopefully this issue will be addressed going forward. If so I would definitely revisit this room.

Perfect location

Condo was very clean upon arrival. The kitchen was stocked very well. I really liked the boxes packed with kitchen and bathroom products! I was thankful for the extra trash bags as we had forgot to bring/buy prior to our stay. We did enjoy the convenience of being by the pool; although, other guest did not abide by pool open times most every night (was a bit noisy). My only recommendation would be add a few small throws for the living room and have the housekeepers to bleach the mold from the washer seal. Overall, we really had no true complaints and enjoyed our stay! The kids enjoyed the toy box and we donated a few mesh bags to tote the toys. We’d choose this unit again!

Home away from home

We enjoyed our stay and cant wait to come back. Our condo was perfect and we loved the pool access and easy beach access from our condos back doorstep. The kiddos being able to walk out the door straight to the pool was awesome.

Life is definitely good at Grand Caribbean West #106!! What a great experience we had and will highly recommend to our family and friends! Your location is perfect for beach access, dining, lounging poolside and just feeling safe while taking our morning and evening strolls! The accommodations were so welcoming and relaxing 
 very clean and well stocked with all the amenities one needs for a comfortable and relaxing stay! Reservations, check-in and check-out were so easy and quick! Thank you for providing a wonderful experience 
 and we will be back!! 😎

Spring break vacation

Property is clean and situated close to beach , restaurants and activities. This is our second stay here during spring break in the exact same condo. Only downfall was this year there were a group of inconsiderate people staying there also who were up till 3 am being loud and using the pool. I called the property management group but they were not able to help. I was thankful it was only the last 3 nights of our vacation that they were noisy all night. Minus this
 I recommend staying here.

Family Friendly

Overall this is a very nice property and was close to the beach and pool. Beds and furniture were comfortable and the kids had a blast. Only complaint would be that they are very strict on a 4pm check in. We got into town early due to flights and it was a bit inconvenient that the unit wasn’t available until exactly 4 despite being ready hours earlier. We know it was ready because we sat at the pool waiting for 2 hours. Aside from that minor inconvenience we had a great trip and was happy with the condo. Plan to bring or buy all of your own seasonings and basic cooking supplies that are often left at other properties. The unit had all the pots pans etc but there wasn’t even a salt and pepper shaker to be found.

My family has been going to Destin for 10 years now every summer. The place we usually stay at was not available for us this year. This place was in the same neighborhood and it did not disappoint us. Room was fantastic will book again. Only thing is wish back door had keypad to lock and unlocked from outside.

Perfect!

We’ve been going to Destin for 4 years, and this is honestly the best condo we’ve stayed in! The area is perfect (walkability). The property was great! This condo in particular was perfect! Clean, patio gate to the pool, updated! The check in process and management were attentive, helpful and great to work with! We would absolutely stay here again!

Loved being poolside. I also thought it was an extra bonus that the condo provided beach chairs, beach blanket and other things. We forgot our chairs and blanket at home. Very nice place. Would stay again.

Amazing

This property was perfect for myself and my 2 kids and a friend & her daughter. It was right by the pool so it made it easier with the kids. It was clean and the beds were comfy! We only had one isssue we didn’t have a code to get In and out of pool gate to go to beach. When we asked the property manager they said we didn’t need a code but we definitely did to access the beach. We ended up getting the code from other guests staying at the property. But other than that we loved this Condo and will stay again 100 %!

Great location

Great location. We didn't rent a car this time and was walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. We enjoyed our stay, and will stay at this property again. Property was very clean except the floor was grimy from day one. The washer needs the mold cleaned out of it.
