Excellent location. We enjoyed the pickleball, tennis and swimming pools. Access to the beach was excellent...just a short walk across the street. The beach service was an added bonus. The only downside was the dryer was not working so we needed to use the community laundry room which was just a short walk. The unit was mostly clean, however the living room furniture was showing its age and some of the tiles in the living room and kitchen were cracked. Nothing major and we would stay again.

Great location -convenient-easy

We love staying at Sandpiper Cove in general. This condo in particular was the best location for the price. You can pay more and get a condo on the beach but I actually like this condo better for a young family. We were closest to my kids favorite pool on the property. You are steps from the beach. Its actually much quicker to get to the beach than staying in a huge condo on the beach where you have to travel through a big building. You also have plenty of parking in front of your door. No long walk to the vehicle. The beds were very comfy. Everything worked as it should. The AC worked great. Hot water for showers. The decor and furniture isnt fancy or brand new but we didnt mind. The condo came with nice beach towels, golf clubs, sand buckets, tennis and pickleball stuff, and more.

Clean cozy condo

This unit was clean and stocked with what we needed. All beds were comfortable and the kitchen and washer/dryer were handy. We cooked most meals in the condo. This unit is right across the street from the most beautiful beach I have been to on the panhandle. The complex has 5 nice pools and tennis, pickle ball and golf. Scott was quick to respond to any questions.

GREAT CONDO!

This condo is in a great location. short walk to the beach. Condo is well stocked with things you will need for your stay. Comfortable beds and furniture. You can see the pool from the balcony which was perfect for us to sit back and watch the older kids at the pools.

Beautiful property & great location

I wish there would be a 10 star for communication with the host! Extremely responsive and very very kind! Scott and Laura are great hosts! The location it’s perfect, literally a few steps from the beach! The kids enjoyed the beach and the pool that is right as you step out of the building. Nicely decorated and with enough privacy for all areas! I loved the private bathrooms for both bedrooms! We will definitely return to Scott and Laura’s place for our next family vacation! Spacious condo in great location

We’ve stayed in this condo for several years, and every year we have a fantastic stay. The condo has 2 bedrooms and is very spacious. It is a short walk across the street to the beach. The condo is next to one of several pools on the property. The beach chair service is great, and the grill/bar on the beach is excellent. There is also a very nice restaurant on the property that is walking distance - Louisiana Lagniappe. The owners are great at communicating details for the stay. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

Unit was nice and clean as usual, some appliances have been updated. I requested a new shower head and the owners brought a new one the next day. Always enjoy our stay with Scott and Laura. Will certainly return again, for the 7th time.

Perfect family vacation!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay in Scott and Laura’s unit! The location was even better than we could’ve imagined with a short walk across the street to the beach, and an even shorter walk to the pool that was practically in our backyard. We typically cook a lot while on vacation - I usually bring my own pots and pans because there’s no telling what you will find in a rental unit. However, the kitchen had everything we needed. I was pleasantly surprised by the selection of pots and pans available, and the good condition they were in. The main deck off the living room is large and spacious. We enjoyed several meals out there as a family. The living room was large enough for an eight panel playpen for our little crawler. The unit was very clean. Communication with the host was extremely easy and always quick. Scott and Laura were on vacation themselves, but they always took the time to get back to us right away with any questions we had. We had absolutely no issues with our stay and can’t wait to book their unit again! Thank you so much Scott and Laura for sharing your unit with our family. We look forward to many more vacations here.

A great thanksgiving week in Destin

We always get away for the week of Thanksgiving, this was or first Thanksgiving stay in Destin. We have stayed at Sandpiper before and it still just as nice now. The unit was super, clean and had everything we needed for the week. We made a thanksgiving dinner in he unit along with a couple other meals. The pool was right outside and was nicely heated. The grounds and beach was not crowded at and and the kids even got in the Gulf a couple days. We enjoy Destin but this week was especially great as the crowds and traffic was minimal. We would stay here again next year

We have stayed here before and will return. The amenities are perfect for us. Super Clean and I always feel like I am at home. Steps from the best beach in Fla and the restaurants and the harbor is right down the road. Will be visiting again.

Perfect condo for a family of six. Check in was easy and we had everything we needed apart beach towels. The walking distance to the beach, chairs and umbrella by the water were really convenient. Also, being right by the pool was great.Thank you for hosting us!
