The Space:

Unit 1105 at the SunDestin Beach Resort offers a truly relaxing vacation getaway, located just steps from the sugar-white sands of the Gulf of Mexico in the heart of Destin, FL. The Scenic Stays team is available 24 hours a day to assist you via our front desk.

This family-friendly condo features a newly renovated outdoor pool, as well as an outdoor hot tub. Exercise in the fitness room, grab a souvenir or a coffee from the gift shop, or rent a complimentary DVD for a family movie night. The spacious conference room is the ideal accommodation for your next event or meeting. Additional seasonal amenities include an outdoor tiki bar, as well as beach chair and umbrella rentals (fee).



Upon entering SunDestin 1105, you will experience a true home away from home. To the left of the entrance is a spacious master bedroom with a king bed and a mounted flat-screen television. The bathroom is accessible from both the bedroom and the hallway. Down the hall, the fully equipped kitchen provides the perfect space for making home-cooked meals or quick snacks to enjoy at the beach. Enjoy your favorite meal at the dining table, seating up to four guests. Step into the spacious living room featuring a large flat-screen television, DVD player and comfortable seating, ideal for unwinding with your loved ones after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach or exploring all that Destin has to offer.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
