THE SPACE



The heart of Almost Heaven is its bright, open-concept living area, where floor-to-ceiling windows fill the home with natural light. The spacious living room offers plenty of seating for everyone, while the stunning kitchen is made for gathering. The gourmet kitchen features premium stainless-steel appliances, a Wolf gas range, waterfall quartz countertops, and a touch-screen refrigerator. With seating for up to 12 at the kitchen islands, there's room for the whole group to gather for breakfast, dinner, or a late-night snack. Step outside to your own private oasis, complete with a private pool, sitting spa, covered porch, and outdoor shower. After a day on the beach, there's nothing better than coming home for a swim, relaxing in the spa, and enjoying dinner outside.



FIRST FLOOR: The first floor features two comfortable guest bedrooms and a convenient laundry room. The primary suite offers a king bed and private bathroom with a separate shower and soaking tub. The second bedroom is perfect for kids, featuring a twin-over-twin bunk bed, queen sleeper sofa, private bathroom, pool access, and its own mini living area with a flat-screen TV.



SECOND FLOOR: Head upstairs to three additional private bedroom suites, each with its own bathroom. Two of the bedrooms open onto private balconies overlooking peaceful wooded surroundings — a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the shade. One bedroom features two full beds, while another offers full-over-full bunk beds, a mini living area, and a large flat-screen TV. The Space:

-Beach Towels: Rental of this home with include 12 large, high quality beach towels to use during your stay with Beach Reunion.

-Beach Service: Beach chairs may be rented at The Crab Trap through La Dolce Vita Beach Service

-Pool Heat: From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $75/day or $525/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.

-VayKLife (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!

-Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets. *Once this supply is used, you are responsible for providing your own items.

* PETS: $250/Pet, Under 25 Lbs, with a 2 pet Maximum *Please note that pets are not permitted on any of the beaches within the area. Medical services dogs only*



Guest Access:

All guests check in at the property any time after 2:00 p.m. central. The concierge can arrange golf, dining, water sports, fishing trips and other services prior to your visit or during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Almost Heaven is located in the private gated community of Destiny West directly across the local seafood restaurant, Crab Trap. The public beach access called James Lee Park also sits directly across from Destiny West. Guests have access to all amenities that Destiny West has to offer. Which, includes access to the community pool, hot tub, fitness center, and tennis courts. Beach Reunion also manages "Bella Vita" just around the corner, rent them both for larger group stays!

For your final balance due, please note that If you would like to use a credit card, there will be a 2% processing fee added onto the final balance amount at time of charge. If more than 60 days out, you are able to mail a check to our office address.
