The kitchen was fully equipped with cooking needs. It was great to have coffee readily available upon arrival. The snack basket was a special treat. Fabio was excellent to deal with and answered all questions and concerns about the unit. Thank you for your great customer service.

We stayed 6 nights , and when we got there it was nice , I was expecting the condo to be on the beach instead of across the street but the set up was nice ! After the 1st few days we had neighbors starting to harass my 10,6, and 5 year old kids at the pool around 12-3 on our “vacation” because they were being “too loud” or this and that , I reached out to the owners they just said if it continued they would reach out to HOA. So I would say the stay was 50/50 . Definitely was clean and looked nice but as too other interactions I was very disappointed.

The area was great, TVs were a little complicated to use, had to use my connections with apps to get them to work. But it worked out in the end. Place was clean and convenient to the area. Up grade in furniture would be the only thing that could improve the stay. But again condo was nice, easy access and Fabio our host was very easy to reach and talk with for anything we might have needed or asked about. Great time

The host was very friendly and communicated wonderfully! It was very clean and had all the things that we needed for the stay. I loved the personal touches like the little basket with a few chip varieties and a few bottles of water. It just seemed very thoughtful. We would definitely recommend this VRBO and would stay here again! It was beautiful!

Our family had great time and def didn’t want to go home! The pool was wonderful as well as the hot tub! The crystal clear water of the ocean was such a beautiful sight to see! We even seen a dolphin! Lots of jelly fish we wish we didn’t see lol. Short walk to the beach was nice. Def recommend!!

We had a fantastic stay! The condo was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for all the activities we had planned. Beach access was super easy, and the shared pool and hot tub were spotless and a wonderful way to relax after time in the ocean.Communication with our hosts, Fabio and Karina, was excellent from start to finish. They truly went above and beyond—when we discovered the beach umbrella was broken, they had a brand-new one delivered within 30 minutes!We couldn’t have asked for better hosts or a better place to stay. Highly recommend, and we would absolutely rent from Fabio and Karina again.

The condo was clean and comfortable and in a perfect spot to access the pool and hot tub and the barbecue area. The beach access was a few steps away just across the road and we could see the ocean while sitting on the patio. Great location to easily get to restaurants, shopping etc. visiting as we did in July it was a very busy place and I’d advise eating early to avoid long waits for a table. Overall a wonderful time was had by my daughter, the grandchildren and myself! Great being on the ground floor for me, being old. Only thing I’d change would be to have higher seated toilets, not so far to drop or haul up from!!!

Location, location, location!!!

My husband and I plus 2 teenage girls had a wonderful stay. It is exactly as listed and the location is perfect. Close enough to the beach to walk and right next to the pool. We were close enough to the pool that we could see the girls but not have to be right there with them all the time. The place had everything we needed along with beach toys, chairs and floaties. I would highly recommend this place and we will hopefully be back again soon !

Nice, clean condo. Everything we needed. Easy access to the beach. Although Destin is very busy, our stay was lovely. The kitchen was fully stocked. Several coffee pots to choose between. I slept well on the king size bed. My husband thought the bed was a little too firm. It was a difference in preference. Extra pillows in the closet and beach chairs on the patio. I wish we could have stayed a month. Thank you!

Short weekend getaway

We have stayed at this condo multiple times and love the location. It is actually walking distance to the beach and close to the pool. The only con we have had is the noise from the above unit but that is at no fault of host. It is clean and spacious for what you need.

The stay was wonderful. It is very convenient to the beach and the pool is write out the door, but not so close that it's bothersome. The unit is the perfect size for a small to midsize family.

Perfect getaway as titled!!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay and will come again! The owners were absolutely fabulous and great commutation with our stay. We were able to check in an hour early and had cable issues in kids bedroom and Fabio was on it and immediately responded and helped send someone to fix the issue. The condo was clean and great amenities. The location was perfect and could drink my coffee and see the ocean which is across the street. It was first floor and could walk a couple steps to the pool and hot tub. Great walking distance to restaurants as well. You willl love staying here and Destin is absolutely beautiful!!!
