« Hotel was ok »

« Apartment clean, good location, but poorly maintained. The only openable window had no screen, and the screen on the outside door sat several inches above the threshold: not great in mosquito season. The porch light didn’t work, necessitating use of flashlight while grappling with the lock. The bathroom wallpaper was dangling over the sink, and the bathroom trash can was full when we arrived, whereas neither the dish nor laundry detergents had been restocked for us. »

« Jack Pine Jr is a charming property, but we found the listing misleading. The bathroom is separate from the main cabin and, while fairly clean, is propane-based (so it functions—and smells—more like an outhouse, as waste remains in the toilet for the duration of the stay). Meanwhile, the “shower” is a camping shower (i.e. a non-heated water bladder, located outdoors). The images of the cabin and listed amenities do not make this clear (one of the outhouse/bathroom photos is even labelled sauna!)...

« La localisation est parfaite proche du parc de la baie de fundy, les restaurants sont à 5 min à pied. La chambre est un peu petite et un peu difficiles de trouver la clé à l' arrivée. »

« Overall, we had a good stay. The price was fair, the place was clean and well-maintained, and everything we needed was provided. There was some noise from upstairs late at night, including footsteps and the toilet flushing, which was a bit startling since it was right above our room. But nothing major—I’m just a light sleeper. 😊 »

« Property was as described. There were heavy little feet above head, but the father seemed to stop that quickly soon after we arrived. Would be nice to have a third towel, the two provided were small and old. Would stay again. »

Yuill, le propriétaire, nous a guidé durant notre sejour pour nous conseiller les meilleurs restaurant du coins et faire découvrir les plus belles trails avec vu féerique que seul les locales connaissent.
