« 2023年9月に宿泊。 空港からの送迎は200ブル、貸切なら1300ブル。空港から30分から1時間かかります。他に公共交通機関がないので宿泊時に事前に送迎を予約することをお勧めします。 立地は良く、ラリベラの中心の広場から10分程度の徒歩圏内。教会群からも徒歩で10分程度です。丘の上に立っており、客室からの景色もいいです。 客室は清潔です。ややトイレとシャワーに汚れがあります。雨季のため蚊が多かったですが、次の日の清掃から室内にスプレーをして対応してくれました。 アムハラ州内の内戦中のため、州内全域でWiFi使用できず。 地下にレストランが併設されており、エチオピア料理、スパゲッティなどがあります。 オーナーとスタッフはとても親切で、要望にも応えてくれます。 I stayed at this hotel in Sep 2023. « I cannot praise this place enough. The room was big, clean, comfortable and a lot cheaper than some of the posher hotels further down the road which probably didn't offer much more. The staff couldn't do enough to help and the hotel not only looks good but it is ideally situated in the centre of town. »

Il y a un jardin, alors certains des légumes que le restaurant de l’établissement sert sont cultivés sur place (+). Le restaurant, de qualité ordinaire, sert des plats traditionnels éthiopiens, mais aussi des plats « européens ». « Given the reviews of the BenMas, I expected something better. The rooms were quite small and very warm without a fan. Many of the outlets didn't work. The food was fair, but limited and the dining room & linens rather run down. Overall, the staff did not seem to be able to solve problems or provide solutions without being pressured to do so (not at all my experience in other Ethiopian hotels). The BenMas is affordable, but I will look for other hotel options the next time I'm in BD »

Les - La wifi inexistante dans les chambres, l’eau chaude arrive quand elle le souhaite, chauffage ou clim ne fonctionne pas, les lumières allumées ne servent à rien. Aucune insonorisation, on entend tout, la route, les prêtres toute la nuit qui chantent.... Pour le prix payé dans le pays je trouve cela très très cher, il y’a bien mieux pour moins cher pas très loin.... »

« Fasil, the manager, sent the hotel shuttle to pick us up at the airport. The hotel was modern but with marble floors and high ceilings to keep it cool. It had a great restaurant especially for breakfast which was included. It had a terrace which was obviously a favorite gathering spot for locals as well as guests. Overall the service was great and the rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable. »

« Good choice. Very good service, took us to the airport twice for collecting missing baggage. They served us breakfast at 6am when needed. Excellent Ethiopian coffee! Due to the limited English skills of the restaurant staff, pointing to the menu item is the best option. The reception speaks English well. Some equipment items in the bathroom need repair/replacement. Clean rooms, internet which worked well unless power cuts. »
