We had an issue with the TV remotes and she responded immediately and brought new batteries right away - her husband even FaceTimed with me to try to resolve it. (We ended up just manually turning on the TV.) This is a nicely appointed apartment in a working class neighborhood. It has all of the amenities you need. Nice kitchen. Washer and Dryer made this a good value for us. We have stayed in other places in the US with the same rating...

« Fantastic property and hosts! Instructions were spot-on, and overall a welcoming experience. Especially appreciated the jacuzzi tub, “guest mode” Roku, plush flooring, the Arctic Entryway, and the bird supplies! So close to good F&B options too. Would stay again in a heartbeat. »
