Apskritis de Vilnius : locations de vacances

"3 nuits à Vilnius pour découvrir la jolie ville. On a perdu un passport et le personnel était très gentille et nous ont aidé avec les démarches pour pouvoir repartir en France le lendemain. Un endroit ideal pour découvrir la ville et les environs. Je retournerai!"

"Molto freddo in camera, poco riscaldata. Impossibilita' di aumentare la temperatura sul termostato disponibile in camera. Non e' possibile che in un hotel di questo livello si debba morire di freddo ! Mai piu' !"

"Only one plus: the location. For the rest, forget it. No service. No comfort Isolation is extremely bad si that you can hear people snoring in the other rooms! Housekeeping is extremely noisy. Every morning. To enter you need a code as there is no reception. If you do not act, they will not send nothing and you will have to manage it with an interphone by -10 outside!! You can opt for a cathedral location but windows are very small and view is lateral only. Blankets are not long enough. Bathroom are very old. And if you want housekeeping you shall ask for it. Bathroom products are very very bad. Nothing is really clean and housekeeping is doing half of its job. And speaks Russian only… You want to leave your luggage before going to the airport: they provide you a code for a tiny storage room where any guest can enter and do what he wants. So don’t leave your valuables. A staff member is waiting in a sinister room. No smile. No pro activity. Not standing in front of the client. Public areas are basic and litter bins are full. Degree zero of hotel. A huge shame without any customer orientation. Obviously, the goal is to be financially profitable and to opt for low cost hotel with non low cost prices for the client! Stay away. Vilnius gets much better and much charming. "
