« Our room 211 was clean inside but there was cigarette butts in a bowl on the private porch, a beer can and a bucket of some kind of dead fish. We enjoyed the pool and the fishing pier. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back 😊 »

« Cottage was very clean and supplied with essentials. HEB is 1 mile away which is helpful. Would have been nice if there paper plates, charcoal and lighter fluid, and basic condiments were provided. Great location, quiet and family friendly. 10 out of 10 I recommend. »

« House was amazing! Very roomy and very clean! Will stay here again next year! Only thing that would have made it even more enjoyable is having an outdoor TV in the ground level patio area. Other than that, the house was perfect! »

« We had a wonderful stay over Labor Day weekend. We were there for a wedding. The house was supposed to have a pack-n-play for our granddaughter. It was not there when we arrived. I called and the manager went to Walmart and bought one. She delivered it to us while we attended the wedding. Thank you. »

« Excellent Stay »

« Amazing and cozy place, has everything you need for a good stay. Very close to the rockport beach park, is the place we always go for spend the day at the beach. Roxane was very communicative and response time always good. Comfortable bed, easy access for check in and check out. Would definitely come back again next summer. »

« The house was amazing! It was very clean and very comfortable. We really felt at home during our stay. The backyard was perfect for us and our two pups! They may have enjoyed it more than we did. We’ll definitely be back. It is our home away from home.Thank you! »

« Overall a very nice place to stay. Water views from the porch, quiet area, still convenient to everything. Wish it had a dishwasher (although I don’t know where you’d put it) and outdoor grill was a mess. I had to spend a lot of time cleaning the grill before I could use it. The cottage had everything you could possibly need. If you want to cook meals yourself and avoid restaurants, this is a great option. Communication was great. I didn’t report the grill issue but I’m sure they would have...
