« Hôtel en bord de mer, très belle vue sur le littoral. Chambres grandes et modernes mais sans charme. Dommage d’avoir eu LA chambre au dessus de la salle dans lequel était organisé un mariage. Restaurant et bar corrects, mais rien d’inoubliable: je m’attendais à un très bon restaurant gastronomique dans un hôtel de charme, nous en étions loin. »

« Great location, room was ok - not great, showers are dated and create that swamp feel afterwards, and our view was full of pigeons and their poop. Staff was quite nice. »

« We were disappointed by the experience. We were in a sort of prefab building overlooking the car park. The insulation was very poor, both thermal and acoustic. The bathroom tap didn't fit the basin. The electronic shower system didn't work properly, which led to wasted water. The only positive point of the stay was the staff: very friendly and pleasant. »

« Room confort was OK but loud (windows and corridor) , no plug near the bed and small bathroom. The hotel and furnitures are outdated and the service is poor. Coffee/tea/water... not refilled if you're staying. Laundry took a week to get back when it's stated you give it in the morning and get it back in the evening. Breakfast is alright but expensive for it's quality. 3 pound a day for parking access »

« Horizon has excellent location close to beach. It is dog friendly which I love as have small dog. Food is fine and good breakfast. Prices are reasonable. Horizon one main issue is rooms and some furnishings in lounge area are now needing replaced. Rooms badly need refurbished. It is a wee gem and I wish they would attend to these issues as if so I would make onging visits to it. »

« Incredible opulence. Views overlooking golf course and a light house on the ocean. Outstanding spa. Breakfast is very good with a variety of choices. 9 hole pitch and putt course for guests. »

« Room was spotless, great shower. Bed was really comfortable. The food from the restaurant was excellent and service was great. 4 EV chargers which allowed us to charge up before going home. Only couple of issues, I filled in online the “pre checkin” form to save time (hotels words not mine). But when I got to reception I had to complete it again. Iron in the room was all sticky too.
