« Staff are very friendly and attentive and the views and location are perfect! Restaurant and breakfast was the best I have had at a hotel too »

« Chambre propre. »

« We were disappointed by the experience. We were in a sort of prefab building overlooking the car park. The insulation was very poor, both thermal and acoustic. The bathroom tap didn't fit the basin. The electronic shower system didn't work properly, which led to wasted water. The only positive point of the stay was the staff: very friendly and pleasant. »

« Very unique setting, bit pricu »

« We had a great stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and both the rooms and communal seating areas were clean and well maintained. »

« Friendly and helpful staff and excellent food in restaurant. Nice Lochside location. Great location for visiting the nearby Dumfries House a short drive away. »

« Nice hotel , first time. Booked it for my husbands birthday as he wanted to try because we have stayed a few times at the waterside & loved it. Preferred the waterside. Food is better although we had a good meal at the gailes. My husband is really hard to please. A retired chef.😗 My meal was really nice but my husband had battered fish & he did say it was tasteless. We had a good sleep & breakfast was good.Room was just as i had asked. Spotlessly clean. Well done to your cleaning staff,...

« Comfortable room with nice shower room and spotlessly clean. Tasty food and excellent service in the restaurant. Right on the seafront with lots of parking »

« The staff were all manarable and attentive . The rooms were spotless and comfy beds and pillows. »

« Room confort was OK but loud (windows and corridor) , no plug near the bed and small bathroom. The hotel and furnitures are outdated and the service is poor. Coffee/tea/water... not refilled if you're staying. Laundry took a week to get back when it's stated you give it in the morning and get it back in the evening. Breakfast is alright but expensive for it's quality. 3 pound a day for parking access »
