« It’s a beautiful place well maintained and clean. The rooms were clean and the bedding fresh. They had electricity issues the power was tripping on and off at night as a result our food was cold including our coffees. The tripping happening throughout the night including in the morning the following day. They did not have alternative power. »

« Super hotel. Elephants in front of my room. All 7 hotel rooms reserved over 2 weekend by myself and friends had faulty air conditioning. Rooms were very hot. Difficult to sleep. Personnel act as if they don’t know. Otherwise incredible hotel which includes dinner and a game drive! »

« This is really nice accommodation and the staff are very efficient and prompt when dealing with any issues My only slight problem is that I asked for late checkout ( being a platinum member), they declined my request which was fine by me but what I found upsetting was the frequent emails reminding me to checkout over 24hrs before my checkout time, there were literally pestering me at some point Other than that it’s a beautiful venue »
