« It was so beautiful inside - cozy vibes! Had a lot of different spaces for relaxing with family! Fireplace was nice, the front had a nice table to hang out and eat by the grill! Would recommend!! »

« We needed a place to land while attending a function at Niobrara for 2 days. Just a place to bed down and clean up after a poker run. The bungalow was very clean, had a expansive deck complete with fgas firepit table and high boy chairs plus a couple rockers. Even has a gated area where we could park the bikes off the street. Nice. The basement seemed newly remodeled with 3 twin beds, but the steps are a bit steep for old knees. We didn't have time to watch tv but never could figure out that...

« The creek was very nice. Screened in back porch had view of creek which was fun. We also hung out on front porch a lot. The birds sang a lot and trees were pretty. Our host was always available for questions »

« Great property located close to the Fairfax SD hall where our wedding reception was held. Perfect for our needs during the hectic weekend. The bride & bridesmaids did their hair & makeup there & it was close enough to reception hall you could stumble home on foot if needed. The host also let us park a small camper in the drive & had Electrical hookup available. I would definitely recommend if you're having an event at the Fairfax Hall. »
