« Front porch sitting was a dream with the breeze! »

« Perfect, stunning property! Beautifully designed, comfortable, clean, AMAZING view! HIGHLY recommend! »

« It is a great location for hiking the state park. Breakfast was ok, The same food every day and could be warmer. The rooms could use some updates. The toilet was the lowest to the ground that I have ever experienced. The sink and vanity also were low and made you bend over more than normal. There are not microwaves in the rooms. »

« Our family had the best time here. Dennis is a good host! »

« Away from busy towns and in an area where you can see the stars at night. Place was clean in arrival with sleeping arrangements as stated. Shower is nice and remodeled and enjoyable property to walk around and enjoy the scenery. »

« I was there for a girls trip with my adult daughters and our little dogs. We loved the place. It had all the comforts of home. When we ventured out we went hiking, checked out local dining.I would stay here again if I returned to the area. »

« great secluded property with everything we needed for a great weekend. Hot Tub was nice after a day of hiking. »

« Wonderful cabin with great ac and amenities. Comfy furniture, great beds, and the host really helped me get through my first ever VRBO. It was tricky as I booked and then joined! That part I wouldn't recommend »

« The cabin was easy to access and very clean. It was a great value. I booked this last minute for a solo trip to the area and was very pleased with everything. Thank you. »

« We had a wonderful time at this cabin! It was clean, the location was great and peaceful and easy proximity to red river gorge and hiking, which was our main attraction to the area. We were pleasantly surprised to find a hot tub and a new side porch, which were wonderful. I would visit this place again! Thank you! »

« The Climber’s den is a unique property in the heart of the forest, location is very private and romantic yet only 5 min drive to a great bbq restaurant. It’s better to arrive before sunset as getting there can be a bit tricky. Better drive there on a SUV..The place was clean and had space heaters to keep us warm during chilly October nights. The only issue we had is the hot tub malfunction during the first 2 nights. It was fixed on the 3rd night so we could finally enjoy it. Also, be aware that...

« We loved our short visit in Kentucky. This cabin had everything we needed and more. »

« Everything was great but we weren’t aware the bathroom was disconnected from our cabin until we got there. We talked to guests at another cabin and they said the same thing, so it could be made clearer that there are no bathrooms in the cabins. Hot tub was great and everything was clean and the check in/out process was very easy. »

« Loved the secluded atmosphere »

« The room was so cozy and clean! The host was super communicative. »

« Cozy bungalow, very clean, great location and very relaxing. We loved staying there. Hope to revisit soon. »

« The property is tucked away nicely. It is about a 25min drive to go anywhere for hikes, site seeing, and any touristy things. The property is clean for the most part. The hot tub was very clean, and very nice after the long hikes. Pet friendly as our dog enjoyed individual AC units throughout the cabin. Bear Branch Cabins is SUPER responsive and very proactive with their communications. Loved our stay! »

« Excellent spot. I enjoyed the encouraging words on the walls! Didn't need it as we were only two, but if you need to sleep six, 4 will be in tiny outbuildings. »
