« Checking in to the property was easy and the room was clean and the kitchen well stocked with supplies. The apartment block however was incredibly noisy as there was a lot of street noise and noise from within the building from upstairs. The bathroom had horrible hospital flooring and the sink and shower were very small. The bed also was incredibly uncomfortable as the mattress had been worn down on one side leaving a lump in the middle. I also paid a little extra assuming I would have the room...

« Beautiful units, superb location and parking. What more could you want. Right in the very best spot in the best part of the city, very near to the centre and the suspension bridge. Loads of great shopping and sights to see. Units are done to a very high standard and have all you will need. »

« Excellent stay in the 2 bedroom garden flat. Accommodation deserves its high hotels.com rating. Parking was included through hotels.com but I would have been annoyed if asked to pay thei advertised fee per night where there's clearly sufficient parking for one car per apartment. »

« A couple of nights away with the girls. The apartment was overall good. I should have checked when booking but there is no parking. The area Redlands is nice. The outside of the apartment needs tidying up.
The beds and bedding were comfortable but when we went to make one of the beds into double (was a zip lock) the sheeting was filthy with bloody stains. The cleaner did come the next day to change the bedding but was a bit grim.
The shower facilities werenât great as the flow was very weak....
