« Only bathroom was on 2nd floor so lots of stair climbing which was not ideal for us. Water pressure in bathroom sink was almost non existent but shower was ok. Bed mattress was very high which made getting in the bed difficult for shorter people. Kitchen did not appear to have any heat in it but based on time of year this was a not a big problem. House did have a gas odor I assume from the fireplace which we never did use »

« We did not stay after arriving and walking through the place. First, I'm 5'9", and half of the room I couldn't stand up straight in. My wife is 5'1" and could barely stand up straight. The place has an odor, it smelled old. It was over 90° outside when we arrived, and the air was off. It was so hot inside. The "tremendous" bathroom was FAR from tremendous. There was a sink, a toilet that was in the back corner and looked uncomfortable because it was closed on on the sides, and only a stand up...

« What a great place in a perfect location in a fun walkable beautiful town. Even though the place is dog friendly, it had no trace of dog odors. Also, parking was great. Park your car and only get back in it to depart town. Hope to return soon. »

Host takes time to include really nice touches, like pet basket, well stocked kitchen, bathroom amenities, fire pit etc. The property was beautiful and private and very dog friendly. Perfectly located for our Gettysburg getaway. The host was also very responsive and great at communicating. »

« Great location. We did not bring a pet but they thoughtfully provided a dog bed for those who do, which was very cute. It was great that they provide dishes for use on property and the kitchen cabinets were well labelled. There is a good ice cream place a block away and it was quick and easy to walk to the major downtown areas. We would stay here again in the future »
