« The location is absolutely outstanding, literally feet in the water, on a beautiful lagoon style beach. Great house, perfectly equipped, the owner Barbara is very reliable and has some good advices to visit the island. Would have just appreciated some deck chairs and free use of kayaks, but great value anyway. »

« We wanted ourselves a place on the beach and that's exactly what we got with this cute little place. The road getting in was a little wild but we got used to it pretty quickly. The house had everything we could need and the beach out front was fantastic. If you're wanting a beach front house, look no further. »

« The property is located on a beautiful beach just steps away. There are grocery stores near by. The sites on the North end of the island are also close by. Spent a day on a boat with Cpt Riley from Spanish Wells Charter and had an amazing time! Southern attractions are a little farther away but not bad. Plenty of local places to eat and the food is great!! If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind this is the place you are looking for!sites are a little farther away but not to far. »

« Stayed at the Sungate property with another family of 4. This was our first visit to Eleuthera and the other family we traveled with visits annually. Our host, Marco, was very responsive before the trip when we reached out with questions and was also very responsive and helpful during our trip. He was a thoughtful host, dropping off fresh, local fruit for us to try and extra coffee. The property was clean and spacious.
