« We had a lovely stay! You have to be ready for somewhat rugged conditions as it's open air - think "glamping" - in the treehouse accommodations and so you are with the elements and animals somewhat. (We had a cute frog in our shower!) But we loved it! Would definitely stay again as we felt away from it all and able to fully relax. »

« If you’re staying at the villas or treehouses, just know they’re doing construction (as of Feb 2025), which can be annoying if you plan to stay at your villa between 8:30 AM and 4 PM. Don’t get me wrong this surroundings and areas beautiful and the service is mostly great. Will definitely come again to give it a second chance! »

« My husband and I booked Caramel by the Sea for our honeymoon. We wanted something private with a pool and this home did not disappoint. The views from the pool and back wraparound deck were phenomenal. The interior with the wood and high ceilings was beautiful. It was really helpful to have a greeter meet us at our jeep rental and show us the way to the house. Chef Ted lives below but we only saw him once and he was very personable. The house has everything you could need. Gorgeous kitchen....

« We absolutely adored our stay at the Peter Bay Gatehouse, Penthouse! It was one of the best places we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. The location was simply stunning, with easy access to some of the world’s most beautiful beaches. The view from the penthouse was breathtaking, and we never wanted to leave because of its breathtaking beauty. We’re already looking forward to our next stay here in the future! »

« The view is EXACTLY as advertised and the photos of the property are current as well. What a wonderful place to relax and unwind, couldn't be happier with the experience. Renting a Jeep is a requirement, not and option, to get to the villa, the beaches and the restaurants. The grocery in Cruz Bay has everything you'd need and there are two just down the hill in Coral Bay that have most things as well. The beaches are amazing! Maho, Truck, and Cinnamon are all in the National Forest area and only...

« The view from the deck high in the mountains is incredible. The location is amazing and close to all the main beaches. The house has everything you want and need. Close also to local markets.
