A car is essential in order to get to supermarkets and Nassau, which is just 15-20 minutes away. “

„Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Ich kann sie nur weiterempfehlen. “

„Palm Cay marina is a very well maintained resort on the south east end of the island. It is therefore a bit off the beaten path of Nassau downtown. Therefore you might want to get a rental car to get around! The unit is very spacious, clean, modern and even has marina view and in the distance even ocean view. Friendly staff! We will be back soon!“

„The photo and description says we are renting a villa, which would have justified the extremely overpriced price! However when we arrived there was only half a villa! Because the landlord himself lives in the other half! It was an old house inside and just newly painted on the outside. It stinks of mildew without end in the small uncomfortable seating area at the very entrance. But he advertises for 12 people. There would never be room for the 12 guests in the small half of the house! There is a ...

„We had a great time at this house: Ocean just in front to go swimming or snorkeling, big terrace to have breakfast or dinner (lunch would be to hot in the sun ;-)), refreshing pool, very well equipped house with everything you need, cosy bed, calm neighborhood. The owner, Ivan and his wife, were very friendly und welcoming. Thank you one again! We would advice to rent a car or take one of the busses that drive from the supermarket- only a 7 minutes walk away.“

„The property was as described. It was clean and we had plenty of room. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The patio/ pool in the back a great feature. We enjoyed being able to walk only a few yards to see the water. The owner was informative and addressed questions/requests, efficiently. We enjoyed being away from touristy areas, but found the need to take a taxi most everywhere. There are a couple of grocery stores a 20-30 minute walk away.
