« Personnel correct et sourient au moment de la mise en place du service client. Il y en a eu, meme, ceux qui m'ont appele directe par mon nom de famille c'est que j'apprecie. Donc que un staff de reception competent, orientee et personalise. L'hotel ete plain de surveillance militaire dedans et dehors avec un perimetre de 10 blocks sur le quartier. Des garde-corps qui surveillent des portes chambres et de fois meme interdisent l'access au couloirs du shopping center. Pas envie d'y retourner avec...
