« Our stay was fantastic. The guest house was an added bonus for our family. The views were beautiful and it was a lovely spot to spend time with our family. Only draw back was the primary bed was old so our sleeps were not stellar. »

« Tout a été parfait sauf une chose il faudrais mentionner que la route pour se rendre qu’il ne faut pas avoir une voiture qui en bas … et si vous êtes des lève tard amener vous de quoi pour vous cacher les yeux car il n’a pas de rideau dans aucune fenêtre … mais pour quoi mettre des rideau avec un vue aussi impressionnante »

« The place was not clean as much expected. All the spices, salt and oil were date expired. Basement’s rooms were full of bugs on the floor and in the room. Couldn’t sleep well because of those. Overall not recommended. Bad experience. »

« We appreciated the well equipped cottage. It had literally everything you could want or need. We also appreciated how clean it was.Unfortunately the check-in was not as we expected and we had to engage the neighbour to assist by calling the owner for the lockbox code. We later found out that the owners’ dog had died the day before our arrival.The views of the water and morning sunrises from the deck and inside the cottage are amazing. « Our first time in charming Chester was exactly what I had imagined in an authenticly historic home , well appointed with comfortable and tasteful decor. Perfect. And the town has evrything- a bakery with wonderful coffee and pasteries, a pub and a wharf front restaurant with lobster and chowder, shopping and historic architecture. And its a short drive from Halifax and to LaHave, Lunenberg, Mahone Bay and Peggys Cove. »
