„The personnel were friendly and helpful and the hotel ewas surrounded by a beautifully manicured park. However the inside of the cupboards of the entry to our room needed cleaning. Apart from that a great stay.“

„I have booked a single room in the hotel and I got a little house just for one night really far away, the bed was not made, I had to do it myself. I had to drive back to the hotel to get breakfast. The receptionist claimed that I couldn't get a room at the hotel, even though I had booked very early. I find this completely incomprehensible. On top of that, I had to pay 400 kroner for my little Yorkshire terrier. I've never paid that much for a dog before, not even in the best hotels in ...

„Super!“

„I rented the suite in conncetion to my working visit in Vejen. When arriving, i have to call somebody since there was a code on the frontdoor, an it was locked. So standing outside i had to find out to call somebody and after 20 minutes someone opened the door. I got a handwritten piece of paper with a code for the frontdoor and my room. The Suite has no working space, no place to work with you PC and only i chair to sit in, unless you want to spend your time in the room, sitting on your bed. ...

„Very nice hotel, clean, stuff very friendly. Easy check in/out.“

Alt i alt ok . Flot udsigt og dejlig stille område .“

„Mycket gammal charm.

„Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing booking experience. We booked through Expedia on a non-refundable basis, and only after booking did we receive an email from DanCenter saying we had to pay an additional security deposit, plus additional money for two sets of linen if we wanted bedding. These costs were not clearly disclosed before booking. The only extra charge shown in the listing was a water fee, so this felt misleading and unfair. The check-in process was also confusing.

„I wish we would have been more aware of the fact that this was was a cottage not the same as a hotel. I received an email and my spam to inform me that there were more fees to be paid that I was not aware of. Place was absolutely beautiful and every other circumstances we would have loved and stayed there. However, it was not what we felt it was going to be. “
