« Great Property! The living space was huge and easily accommodated our party of 7. Property manager was super responsive, check in was easy and limited check out steps needed. They went above and beyond with the little things which to me made all the difference like having a little coffee station with all the coffee, creamer, sugar; laundry had detergent and dryer sheets; kitchen had basic spice and oil staples, etc. We will definitely try to stay here for future visits if the property is...

« This house was perfect for our family while my son had a baseball tournament in Franklin. It was very clean and we enjoyed coming back every day after a long day on the fields to relax. It was close to everything we needed. The communication with Abigail was amazing and she was always available to answer any questions we had. We would stay there again for sure! »

« We had 1 infant and 14 adults in town for a Fighting Texas Aggie graduation on 5/17/25 and we all stayed at Whoop Acres. Communication prior to arrival, was great with the property manager and Fred, the owner. They were very accommodating and check in was extremely simple with the detailed instructions. The house had everything we needed and provided a big place for all of us to gather after graduation. Great memories were made. Whoop Acres is an excellent place to stay! »
