« The bed was super comfortable and the space was really clean! The pictures make it seem like you also have the backyard with the tiny house but it's actually a part of the other rental on the property. The host did not let us know the main house was also being rented out by someone with dogs, we were traveling with our dog as well so we could've prepared a bit more for that interaction. »

« The house was conveniently located, and fit our family of five so comfortably. The hot tub was fun, and we enjoyed the pickleball court as well. The “game room“ was lacking, but everything else made up for it :-) »

« Very comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable too! Plenty of room for the 4 adults and 3 kids. Hot tub was a nice treat.Also had a/c which was great in this hot August weather. Would recommend this place for sure! Kids loved the trampoline in the nice backyard. »

« Our family was quite comfortable in this Modern Denver Getaway. Our main reason for our trip to Colorado was to see a concert at Red Rocks. Eric Church did not disappoint, and neither did this house! It is in close proximity to the amphitheatre - only about a 20 minute drive. While in Denver, we also ventured to the towns of Aurora, Golden, Colorado Springs and Boulder. « I had a very pleasant stay! The space was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located close to downtown. The host was responsive and available whenever I had a question. Just something to note — it’s a basement unit, and you can occasionally hear some noise from upstairs, especially in the evenings, but it didn’t impact my overall experience. I’d definitely recommend it! »

« Julia is awesome! Her house is beautiful and has everything you need for your stay! Our boys, 7 and 2, enjoyed the front and back yard spaces. We loved that both areas were fenced in. Both spaces are well manicured and the grass is so soft. Really great spaces to enjoy coffee or a meal any time of the day. There is also a driveway to park a vehicle which is always nice. Overall a wonderful place with a fantastic host! »

The house was spacious enough for everyone to have their own areas without ever feeling crowded, and there were plenty of bathrooms so getting ready was seamless for the whole group. « This rental is comfortable, clean and modern. The photos of the property are accurate and the neighborhood is in a quiet, middle-class area near the center of Brighton and convenient to other communities north of Denver. We would definitely like to stay here again. It’s a very nice property! »

« We really enjoyed our stay in this spacious basement unit—it had tons of room to spread out and was super convenient being close to the airport, making it a great place to crash after a long day of travel. One big bonus: it had three bathrooms, which made everything so much easier and more comfortable for our group. « This property is WONDERFUL! We enjoyed all the fun amenities and beautiful view of the golf course. The house was huge and fit everyone comfortably. It was clean, easy to find, and accessible. We couldn’t get the golf simulator to work, but that was probably user error on our end. Check out was simple! We didn’t have to deep clean the house like many vacation rentals require. Over all, I highly recommend this property for your next trip to Denver! It made our wedding weekend so special! »
