« The individual who checked us in was ignorant & rude. When I made the reservation it was for 2 rooms & they were supposed to be adjoining. When I checked in the rooms assigned were not adjoining and the person at the desk commented that they were booked solid months in advance by people who actually made plans. « We arrived on a graduation weekend with no ability to move. There was no key or card to lock our door. The manager had left two days before. My husband had a toxic reaction to chemicals used in the room. They said they would reimburse us for the next night we had paid for. We haven’t heard anything. »
