„We stayed for a long weekend. Less than 10 minutes walk to the lake, so much to do around the neighborhood, right across from a coffee shop. The apartment was clean, beautiful, has a small balcony, and all the cooking essentials in the kitchen if you want to cook. I’d stay here again!“

„Pros: Cute, complete kitchen, keurig with pods, clean bedding, plush bath towels, large frig & stove, tvs in every room, nice deck and outside fire place. Cons: sulfur water smell, tank needs sanitized? Dusty coffee maker, with leftover used pod in it. When futon opened, dog hair/food in crease. Wish there was a gate key box to leave gate key in when leaving. Otherwise very clean and over exceeded my 'glamping' needs. Fun! Thank you.“

„Charlies Place is a super clean, lovely little home across the street from a private little beach. We kayak, so to be able to walk across the street to put in was a bonus. Bren is very communicative host and provides plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. There is a washer and dryer available as well. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are friendly as well! Will for sure book Charlies Place in the future.“
