« This home is beautiful, clean, and fully equipped. The owner was super responsive as was his cleaning lady who helped answer any questions I had about the property. We had the best weekend enjoying the pool and the spacious kitchen and living room area with our friends. We will definitely be back next year! Thanks Doug and April! »

« The apartment was roomy. Plenty of room for our pups and our twin granddaughters when we babysat them. The property outside does not appear to being cared for. The apartment is over the garage of a house. And, as said in a previous review, the bed is not a queen...it is definitely just a full. The location itself is quiet and easy to walk around just a few houses down from the ocean. »

« Updated, clean, with fun turquoise walls! The pool was great and we really enjoyed the sweet, little beach nearby.Communication and check-in/check out process were easy. »

« They are texting me and asking me for pay again. Second time I stayed and second time this happened. The first time they found my payment before I had to help figure out what happened and now they are doing the same thing. It’s a very weird thing for me to book on Expedia and then have the host hound me for payment after I leave. Now the second time they are asking for proof of payment again. It’s a horrible way to conduct business »

« Listed amenities listed but not available :- hot tub - deck- grill- fitness roomFitness room locked and equipment broken when accessible. Owner entered apartment at will. No privacy. Necessary repairs took 5 days to happen. Place looks like it was maintained and repaired by an amateur. »

« Jen was an amazing host. The property was meticulously maintained. She made sure we had everything we needed! Shen created an environment where we could socialize with other guests or keep to ourselves. She made plenty of recommendations for local eateries and entertainment. We would definitely stay again! »

« Parking situation good, just a half block away that covered one car, then for a second car 15/day which wasn’t bad. Overall comfortable but the pullout couch not so much. A stair banister would have been much appreciated and safer. Also more bedside tables for phones, glasses etc. »

« This is a nice place to stay when visiting the area and traveling with our dog. Relaxing waterfall pond off the screeded-in porch is great for reading and morning coffee. The management representative is very receptive to any concerns or needs. »

« Absolutely gorgeous setting! We spent every morning (and most evenings) in the Adirondack chairs overlooking the water. The house is impeccable and updated. Initially we felt far from everything but found quaint waterfront restaurants and shops in a Deale and Galesville. Jays Latin food and Corner Grille were great spots too! We will definitely be back! »

« The location was spectacular, the host was communicative, and we had a great time! A beautiful and clean home with everything needed to make a trip a success. One small issue with some needed essentials meant a quick run to the store (TP!) but otherwise a great location, great stay, and would stay again! »
