« We are usually not that picky but this was beyond gross. The first room was disgusting. Hairs in the bed, hairs in the shower, hair on the toilet and had a damp smell. We asked for a new room and the second room had mold on the shower curtain, mold on the vent cover, hair in the tub and on the toilet. The sink drain was clogged and didn’t have a pool view that we paid for and no refund was offered. We were not comfortable going back again so we slept and left as early as we could. Will never...

« The room was very dirty. Carpet had debris (even medication pills on the floor). Window sill was caked with dirt. The bathroom smelled like a sewer. There were giant ants in the room and bathroom.The plug and USB connection (under the TV) had pulled away from the wall and therefore did not work. The only decent thing was the breakfast they offered in the morning. »

« They keep charging your credit card after you leave, not happy with being charged ( extra ) bogus fees, then when you call them back they say it was an accident. I got charged $50 late check out fee 3 times for one day. If it was an accident how come they didn’t give me a refund 3 times? But they did charge? In my opinion they did it because they thought i wouldn’t notice. Not happy at all! »

« I have stayed at your facilities several times at this point and have been please with every visit. This occasion, we were greeted with an upgraded room due to our length of stay and overall occupancy during our visit. And without fail the staff was more than gracious and accommodating to any of needs or requests. Thank You for keeping the bar high. »
