„We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here ! The loft apartment was very clean and well appointed with everything we could need. The apartment was more spacious than I expected. Just a short walk down the yard to the small beach and dock, and we spent great hours kayakng and just sitting on the beach. Kristine and Scott were very friendly, helpful and great to get to know a little. We will definitely be looking to visit and stay there again “

„We had a great week on the river thanks to our fantastic host, Clint. Cottage is a wonderfully thoughtful renovation, set up for lots of fun activities inside and out. Plenty of beds and all the amenities with a superb dock and nice water access. We grilled, baked, caught lots of rays and even a few fish and crabs off the dock. Fun family activities close by, too. Highly recommend!“

„Lovely stay! Can’t be more grateful for all of the space! We enjoyed the deck and view. The downstairs area was the perfect hang out area with space for the kids to play and adults to talk. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. The water boats were a great addition the kids enjoyed in the river. Adults enjoyed taking the chairs out to the dock. A little older home, but everything seemed clean with some updates noticeable and updates in progress. We really enjoyed our time.“

„Comfortable beds, plenty of room to stretch out & enjoy each other’s company, reading on the sunporch, water balloons on the lawn, fishing and kite flying on the dock, a visit to Fossil Beach ( the littles went home with three shark teeth), early morning walks at the wildlife preserve, and a lovely celebratory dinner at 1710 Tavern. A wonderful week with family! Thanks so much for allowing us to experience such a beautiful place! “

„This property is a wonderful place to stay if looking for beautiful sun rises and sunsets, beautiful views, and quiet, peaceful surroundings. The home was spacious and wonderful. We loved the central room, containing a spacious kitchen, dining room, and living room (open floor plan). This room allowed everyone to be together and enjoy home cooked meals and lively conversation. We spent a lot of time on the porch overlooking the river, barbecuing, and spending quality family time together.“

The golf cart to get around the large property was a nice bonus. There was plenty of activity, fishing, kayaking, and paddle boating. The kids had fun playing on the sandy Beach, and wading in the river. There were beautiful views of the river from most of the rooms in the lodge. The host was readily available ...

„This place was perfect for my needs. A clean, safe place, to rest my head and a way above average staff. The staff were so kind and helpful. I wouldn’t think twice about booking with this place again. The ONLY issue we had was that the pool is not open. Not a deal breaker but it was not listed as closed and so we were expecting it to be open. We survived, lol.“
