« The staff was friendly. The room was clean and linens on the bed were made well. I slept better than usual in a hotel. The physical facilities were old and needed work but this did not hinder our stay. It was an ok place to stop for the night. I would stay again. »

« Dingy . The room smelled of embedded doggie doo. I was able to get an air freshener spray to cover up the stink from the front desk. I had seriously considered requesting another room or going to another motel. »

« Beautiful property on the Rappahannock River. Can tell it’s a little older. Everything was clean. It was nice that the linens were provided. We did have to make the beds with the sheets that were provided. The water toys were a blessing. Kitchen nicely stocked. Ashley was easy to get in touch with and check in was seamless. »

« We had a wonderful stay! Corey was attentive and responsive, and the home was perfect for our family. The beds were very comfortable, and we especially loved the spacious yard, incredible views, large gathering area, and beautiful windows.The only minor issue was that the upstairs A/C unit struggled to keep a few bedrooms cool, but it didn’t take away from an otherwise excellent stay.
