« Property is well located and very convenient to the French Lick Resort. The units are quite spacious and comfortable. However, they are quite dated and worn and could use updating. The kitchens and bathrooms in all 3 units we rented were very worn and the flooring needed replacing in one of our units. All the wood trim and furnishings were badly banged up. Beds were clean and comfortable. One bathroom even had carpet and the entire area around the jacuzzi was carpeted and musty smelling....

« It is very clean and has everything you need if you wish to cook; there is a BBQ grill set up on the outdoor patio and a fire pit area—it’s spectacular at night. It is a very peaceful spot if you value privacy, and the area around the cabin is well-kept with the grass neatly mowed. There is plenty of space for children to play, and board games are available. I highly recommend it; Julie was the contact person, and they respond quickly to messages, showing they are attentive, available, and truly...

« This is a super cute bungalow with easy access to nearby caves and state parks. French Lick and West Baden Springs are right around the corner for a dinner out or event. The property is well maintained, clean, and comfy. »

« The view from the property was great! The property was clean and looked as it was presented. However, the shower was horrible - the undersized on-demand water heater barely made the water beyond warm, and that was with EXTREMELT WEAK water pressure. »

« Bed was extremely comfy and communication with Allison was amazing! Even at 2am when power went out from storms she responded immediately. I ran out of hot water in shower the first day but quickly learned how to avoid that. Close to French lick, Santa Claus, IN and other sites. Would encourage someone who doesn’t know the area to enter in the daylight. »
