« Very clean. Accurate property information. Good location for our needs. We attended our son's wedding and prepared the rehearsal dinner in the kitchen. Kitchen supplies were limited but sufficient. Great back yard for relaxing and we loved the giant tree. We would definitely stay here again. »

« This was a very clean, recently updated house in an excellent location near downtown. The furnishings, decorations, and kitchen furnishings were perfect. The second bedroom only has a twin day bed with a lower twin bed that pulls out. This was disclosed and it was comfortable. Overall a great property and recommend for parties of 4 or less. »

« There is not one negative thing to say about The Cottage. It was perfect. We stayed four nights. Location is great, right on the lake, the home itself is warm and welcoming, fully furnished and equipped, parking right in front, two screened in areas, ceiling fans in all rooms, more beautiful than shown in pictures. Hated to leave and will definitely be back. »

« We stayed here on a trip for the Knoxville Nationals. Went to the John Wayne Museum, seen the bridges. The house is a nice house, met many locals at the pharmacy-resturaunt in the square downtown, very friendly, ate at several other local spots, all good service and food. The area is quiet and the house in great shape, clean, had plenty of towels and comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend if you need a place in this area. »
