« We booked this event house for our small sized wedding. Our family and friends enjoyed the stay here. The house has many bedrooms and enough parking for all the guests. Host is very nice and replied to us quickly. Host even gave us flexible checkin and checkout time. We took some wedding photos in front of the house and back yard and They all looked good. We are definitely satisfied and would recommend this house to anyone who would host a small event here. »

« I absolutely loved everything about this home! It’s beautiful, just a short walk to the dock with an amazing view of the lake. My favorite spot was the patio, where we enjoyed breakfast each morning while taking in the peaceful surroundings. The location is also perfect, with plenty of places to visit nearby. The owner was wonderful to work with—very responsive and thoughtful—providing so many extras that made our stay feel special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! »

« There was a short walk to the dock. We enjoyed swimming and sunning off the dock. We rented a boat to water ski. We enjoyed cooking out on the upper porch. We had fires in the fire pit and roasted marshmallows which the children enjoyed. We also enjoyed visiting the areas of Atlanta and Gainesville. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. »

« I am very particular about where I lay my head down and I had no negatives about this property. It is very clean and all linen and towels are white. The neighborhood is so quiet and in an area where you can take after dinner walks due to very low traffic. The house has everything that you need. 10 out of 10, I recommend and plan on recommending it to friends and family that need to visit the area. »

« This house was perfect for our group of ten with ensuite bedrooms for all and large seating areas inside and out. It is located on a quiet street and has plenty of parking with a large circular driveway and carport for two cars. The owner/manager is very responsive and the checkin and checkout process was a breeze. The lake is beautiful and there's a marina just around the corner. We look forward to returning to this wonderful house. »

"I liked the proximity to restaurants and shopping areas. Well located. I found my room clean. The housekeeper passed everyday to ask what needs to be replaced in the room. It's a pretty calm neighborhood. The breakfast is basic. The internet connection has trouble sometimes. Overall, it's a good ratio quality/price. One false note is that I needed help with my TV one day and it was not easy to get help. I called the front desk and I was told someone will come within minutes. No one came. My subsequent calls were not even picked up. I have to go to the front desk and insist. After that, the problem was solved right away. "
