« Upon arrival for our anniversary getaway we were downgraded to a room with two queens in which the front desk staff said we were upgraded. Get out of here with that bs. We only were able to utilize one bed because the other beds sheets had clearly not been changed and had blood spots on it. Absolutely disgusting! The tile was all cracked in the bathroom. Trying to sit in the hot tub it was so incredibly over chlorinated that my eyes were burning just sitting in the room. The front desk woman...

« We never saw or talked to anyone at the property from the time we checked-in until we checked out. They leave a sign with your name on it and instructions on what to do. A lot of stairs and hallways made hauling large luggage awkward. They ask you to take your shoes off on entry. Carrying shoes and hauling luggage was even more awkward. It is easy to slip on the stairs in stocking feet. If you don’t give 48 hours notice you cannot have breakfast. For a boutique hotel they could over some sort...

« The other reviews are spot on about the rooms--wow! They are updated, clean and have a super cute vibe! The owners are really great and one is from my hometown (which was a fun fact). The only criticism that I have, is that the rooms are on the noisy side being on a busy road. If you are not sensitive to noise, you'll be fine. (They do provide earplugs which is nice for people like me who don't like the noise from the road and ac units.) That said, I would stay here again for sure! »
