« Clean and inviting, quiet setting, friendly and helpful host »

« This was a last minute booking due to another rental not having heat. The host did meet us upon arrival which was a pleasant surprise. She communicated quickly and clearly. The place was clean and cozy. It is in a basement so the ceiling is low. I’m 6’3” and I was always stooped over. We were the host’s first guests. We could have used 1 more towel and the kitchen could use some dinnerware and silverware as well as some coffee filters for the coffee machine. The bathroom is a bit small but...

« The host was so amazingly responsive. The cottage is beautiful; the grounds are beautiful. It is very private, as described with lovely views and so much space! My dog had a blast running laps around the yard. Sunrises were really lovely, either from the screened in porch, the deck in the yard, the dock, and even the window of the primary bedroom. « Really loved my stay at Kelly's place. Cozy and quiet, yet just a short ride into town. Kelly responded right away whenever I had a question and did everything possible to make the stay enjoyable. The kitchen and bathrooms have everything you need. Even had a full propane tank ready to go when the current one ran out. Will stay there again when I'm in the Binghamton area. »

« Everything was as advertised and more than met my needs. The home is in an older neighborhood which is very quiet and felt comfortable. If I am in the area I would certainly stay again. »
