„The apartment was very new. The unit was clean and nicely appointed. It had everything we needed to get settled in immediately. The communication with the property manager was prompt and efficient. The unit was located on the third floor with no elevator so be ready to climb stairs. The gym and common areas were well equipped. Parking was abundant. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the outside hallways and stairwells. I passed the same trash each day for the duration of my stay. The ...

„Great house for our family vacation! Owner was quick to respond to any concerns we had. This has been our favorite beach house that we have ever rented.“

„We just left our weeks stay and couldn’t have worked out better! Everything was as expected; well stocked kitchen, plenty of room at the table for family dinners and close enough for the teens to go get ice cream, açaí bowls, donuts - as well as play putt putt. Had one issue which was quickly addressed and really ended up to be a non-issue. Very very responsive! Would definitely recommend. “

„Perfect location, 2nd row at our favorite beach in NC! Directly across from a beach access! A new fenced in area is perfect if you are bringing a four-legged friend! One of the only homes in the island with a fence. This is our second time renting this house and we plan to rent it again! “
