„After staying at the Crowne Plaza for the past 19 years and the last time 6 years ago it was again renovated. But it looks like kind of sloppy, and some of the Design choices were nauseating ( look at the picts). But the room was clean, the bathroom brand new. The new restaurant, Al‘s Table was better than the one before, but a bit understaffed. An experience you find also elsewhere. Food was fine, only the Cornbread, a southern staple, was underwhelming. „Nachmittags gibt es ein wechselndes Buffet - wird ständig nachgefüllt. Frühstücksbuffet ist gut, auch hier wird regelmäßig nachgefüllt. Büffetbereich ist zu klein, Sitzplätze sind sehr knapp. Zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes waren viele Familien im Hotel, entsprechend unruhig war es am Buffet. Personal war aber sehr bemüht.“
