« Clean room friendly staff »

« Upon arrival 4:10pm my rooms were not ready for check in. We were given the keys but when we got to the room they were still being cleaned. We had to wait 45 minutes before one of the rooms were even available. The walls were moldy. Ceiling was damaged. The bathtub was dirty stained. The bathroom walls were molded. Room had a stale smell. One room we woke up to water bugs on the floor. Overall disgusting!!! Would never ever again!!!!! »

« The sign in the bathroom stated the room will be cleaned every other day and will be supplied with fresh towels and needed supplies. I stayed 4 days and 3 nights and my room was not touched. »

« Overall, good stay, staff was great. My only complaint would be the cleanliness of our room. Room has a slight odor that you got use to quickly, realized it was from the air conditioner. The room definitely could use some cleaning, looked like they just did a quick wipe down of the bathroom counter and that was it. I ended up buying disinfectant wipes and wiping down the dresser, desk and bathroom. »
