« The house was in a bit shoddy condition. Windows broken, ripped up couch, smoke detector was disconnected in kitchen. The biggest thing was we rented this place for the promised beautiful hot tub with a view and it was broken. Called the host same day and was ignored until had to call again the next day. By the time they came and fixed it we were NEVER able to use said hot tub because it was not heated fully. Our first experience and so disappointed :( »
