« Great location and rental! Clean, easy to communicate we with manager due to door code not working, quick service, and would recommend staying! We had problems with grill taking too long to cook food and it had plenty of propane. The only other problem we had is the sitting area in the main room is tight and doesn't fit the 10 people we had to watch a movie together. But, overall....we enjoyed our stay! »

« Family Wedding FunThis property is beautiful with modern, spacious bedrooms and several private en suite baths. It is family friendly. Our grandkids loved the slide & basketball court, and spent countless hours in the private pool. Night swimming and hot tub were awesome! Michael (the host) was very responsive to questions or needs. It was the perfect location for a smaller-sized wedding. It offered a gorgeous wedding backdrop with unsurpassed views of beautiful Bear Lake. Highly recommended! »

« House is part of a triplex, this is the middle unit. no one else was occupying the other units. Plenty of parking. Great deck, BBQ in back, Traeger smoker in back works. The weather was cold so neither used. Truly lake-front. very clean. Comfortable furniture. No complaints at all. »

It was listed as “entire home” but it’s a basement apartment that is directly connected to their home. My husband and brother in law were the ones that stayed, and they both said if they had been there with their families they wouldn’t have been very happy. I’m sure the hosts are loving and safe people, but in today’s world you never know. So having full transparency...

« The property was extremely clean and well thought out. We loved the view of Bear Lake and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would love to stay there again in the summer so we could enjoy more of the outdoor activities. The property manager communicated with us promptly and the check in was easy and private.
